Q: How do you handle the shipping and tracking of the orders?

A: We use reliable and secure carriers such as FedEx, UPS or DHL for both domestic and international orders. We provide a tracking number to our customers as soon as the order is dispatched, so they can monitor the shipment status and estimated delivery date.

Q: What happens if I receive damaged or faulty components?

A: We strive to ensure that all our products are of high-quality and properly packed for transportation. However, if you receive damaged or faulty components, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the order and provide us with a detailed description and photos of the damage or defect. We will investigate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund if necessary.

Q: What are your shipping fees and policies?

Our shipping fees depend on the size, weight, and destination of the order.

Shipping starts at $40, And the basic cost will also changes from country based on the express company's policy, and will also increase if your Address are in remotes area

The basic freight (for package ≤0.5kg or corresponding volume) depends on the time zone and country.

It does not include any taxes, insurance, handling, duty (including but not limited to tariffs) or other similar charges, payment of which will be solely your responsibility. The actual freight varies according to specific situations.
